As we pull together while staying apart, some of South Africa’s best comedians will be tickling our funny bones every week by telling us about how they’re adapting to a rapidly changing world, and how they’re Change fit.
This week, Chester Missing gives us some much-needed giggles as he chats to Freshly Ground’s Zolani Mahola about her experience on the ‘Coronacoaster’. From snacks to strolls in the park, Zolani shares her secrets to making it through these strange times, and even makes up a song on the spot to lift our spirits.
Over the past few months, the world we know has changed dramatically, and we’ve all had to adapt and become Change fit.
But if there’s one thing South Africans are good at, it’s overcoming the fear that often accompanies change. It’s a strength derived from the story of our unity; and made stronger by our daily lives. It’s a strength we sometimes take for granted – and yet, it’s something the world could probably learn quite a bit about from us.
