First there was EFC heavyweight fighter Andrew ‘One Gear’ van Zyl, who donated a pair of very precious, change-signifying boxing gloves in episode 6 of the show. A day after appearing on the show, Andrew reclaimed his heavyweight title when he knocked out Brendon Groenewald within 32 seconds thanks to a powerful left-right combo at EFC 39 at GrandWest in Cape Town.
And then, short on One Gear’s heels, fellow guest Chris Forrest nabbed the Celebrity MasterChef SA title from songstress Patricia Lewis, with a salmon trout cerviche and avocado sorbet and a mouth-watering saddle of lamb in the Pressure Test. Congratulations Chris! Watch what Chris had to say about his Celebrity MasterChef stint on the video clip below:
Having recently become a dad, Chris decided to share a special item from this Change Moment when he donated a baby bib for display on BrightRock’s #LoveChange Showcase:
Chris has so much to say about this Big Change Moment, that he penned and stars in a one-man-show, Who’s your daddy, which opens at The Theatre on the Square later this month. And he clearly doesn’t mince his words about the challenges new dads face! Watch what Chris has to say about this below:
* Every week, a guest on The Dan Nicholl Show donates an item for display on the #LoveChange Showcase, which is a collection of memories and Change Moments. These items tie into BrightRock’s and the Change Exchange’s #LoveChange philosophy. BrightRock are the official sponsors of the show. Remember to tune in on SuperSport 1 every Wednesday at 20:30 to see Dan interviewing his Bright and Beautiful guests. And we’ll of course also be sharing some more highlights here on the Change Exchange.
