Adding certain features and finishes to your home can significantly increase its market value, while some things that might seem like a value-add can actually bring its
worth down.

In our latest Iris Session, David O’Sullivan learned more about the dos and don’ts of home improvement as well as which features to prioritise and what not to do to prevent overcapitalisation.
