As we pull together, every week, some of South Africa’s best comedians will be tickling our funny bones by telling us about how they’re adapting to a rapidly changing world, and how they’re Change fit.

This week, we’re laughing in the face of the lockdown with comedy skits to raise your spirits. In this episode of Laughs Online, Stuart Taylor rounds up some of South Africa’s funniest videos.

Stuart has had so much time on his hands that he even found time to rearrange his herb garden alphabetically. Where does he find the ‘thyme’ you ask? Well, obviously, next to the sage…

In this episode, Stuart Cairns is seemingly ‘working’ very hard from home. Carmen in Isolation and Jem Atkins give us our weekly fix of home workout routines to get our blood flowing during #lockdown. Change Coach Dalin motivates Stormers, Seabelo Senatla, to break a world record. Robyn Scott cracks down on lockdown regulation violators, and unfortunately, Jason Ralph was caught red-handed. Will he be able to talk her down?

Change brings uncertainty and with uncertainty comes fear. Over the past few months, the world we know has changed dramatically, and we’ve all had to adapt and become Change fit.

In fact, South Africans seem to have a unique muscle strength when it comes to change. It’s a strength derived from the story of our unity; and made stronger by our daily lives. It’s a strength we sometimes take for granted – and yet, it’s something the world could probably learn quite a bit about from us.
