What it does

Congratulations! You’re about to get married and WOW is there a lot to do. The problem is, it’s really hard to find a comprehensive wedding website that is based in South Africa. Fortunately, Hitched.co.za has stepped up to the challenge of being the one-stop shop for everything wedding in SA. 
There is a staggering amount of inspiration and information on Hitched:

• Inspirational galleries of bouquets wedding rings, colour themes, and seasonal weddings, just to name a few categories.
• Links to suppliers of everything from DJs and florists to bakers and photographers.
• Lots of useful articles, lists, and recommendations. 

All of this content is free and doesn’t require creating an account, but you can also register in order to get access to the wedding planner, which is basically a digital pinboard for major elements of the wedding (venue, catering, dress, etc.) 

You simply click on (for example) the catering pin and search the database for caterers that catch your eye. Hitched will show you a link to the caterer’s contact details, and once you’ve booked them, they’re added to your pinboard, and you can feel a warm glow as you get closer to the big day. The planner also has a built-in to-do list that you can add to from your phone or desktop.
