In her own words:
Kuils River was my last fixed address, where my parents currently live. We moved a lot before that, no we weren’t running away from anything, I think my parents always moved where the opportunities were greater.
I’m the middle child, which means I have what “they” call (still trying to figure out who they are) middle child syndrome, I do things on impulse, I react to everything even when I don’t not need to, your ‘no’ means a possible ‘yes’ to me.
I used to have a 5 year plan but then I realised that my plan is not the plan of my maker, so I take it one day at a time. I am left handed, but my right arm is my strong arm. I can paint with my left hand and throw a mean punch with my right.
Just recently I turned 30 minus 1. I live right behind Canal Walk which means that I could walk there but I don’t. I have a been a journalist for almost 8 years and currently work at a tabloid newspaper. I love what I do and would not trade it for anything in this world.
Lastly my dad is my hero, while my mom is the legend I strive to be.
